At Tulip Electrical, we firmly believe in programs and practices to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture as well as a strong focus on the environment and corporate responsibility. HSE is an integrated part of our activities, no harm to people, the environment and material assets based on the belief that all harm can be prevented by systematic and goal- oriented HSE work. We strive to ensure that all activities should be based on and operated by risk assessment.

We are pursuing the below HSE policies and framework:
- Full governance structure for HSE within all spheres of activities
- Monitoring, findings, and closure of corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with the international code of Practice for safe work in line with HSE directives and instructions
- HSE risk identification and controls are applied at all stages and all the employees are trained in hazard reporting, and drive the implementation of key risk management programs
- Continuously improve HSE through programs and initiatives which facilitate the sharing of best practices
- Engage external / internal stakeholders in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment our HSE efforts and performance and obtain objective feedback
- Maintains all safety and health record-keeping systems.
- All employees have safety information & guidance through proper HSE procedures
- Safety orientation program for new employees and sub-contractors.
- Record monthly reports, report safety statistic and analyses, as well as actions taken to correct safety problems.
- Leadership and accountability - clearly defined responsibilities, resources, and accountability for managers
- Managing health and safety risks at every stage of project, service or trading life cycle
- Demonstrating health and safety competence so that all managers, employees, safety advisors and contractors know their responsibilities, have the training and experience to carry them out
- Ensuring a crisis and emergency management system is in place
- Ensuring accident analysis and prevention is in place
